How do I request a wholesale quote?
Submit an inquiry with product interest, destination, channel (wholesale, retail, Amazon, hospitality/OEM), target quantity or MOQ, and timeline. Lovur sales will respond with selection support and quotation.

What certificates are available for the ice maker?
Ice maker partners can review ETL, FCC and FDA documentation from the Trust page and download PDFs from the product page. Always confirm the exact model revision on your PO.
What certificates are available for the space heater?

North America
Does Lovur have a US warehouse?
Yes. Lovur maintains an overseas warehouse and showroom in North Carolina, USA, supporting warehousing, sample display and localized North America service alongside a US sales team.
Samples
Can I buy samples on Amazon before a wholesale order?
Yes. Lovur products are available through Amazon FBA for sample purchase and trust validation. Wholesale MOQ and channel programs are handled via inquiry on mylovur.com — Amazon is optional, not required.
Supply Chain
Where are Lovur products manufactured?
Lovur is supported by the small home appliance industrial cluster in Cixi, Ningbo and the Yangtze River Delta supply chain. Headquarters is in Shanghai (Pudong). Partners can request factory and compliance documentation during RFQ.
